WaterColor Cerulean and Marina Parks : The WaterColor Community Association hosts the 'Art in the Park' outdoor art market every Spring. This year's event takes place on March 17 from 9 am-5 pm. Art in the Park is open to the public free of charge, and takes place at WaterColor's Cerulean and Marina Parks.
